Shipping
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day if placed early enough. Orders received later in the day are typically processed and shipped the following business day. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
If you simply decide the color or fabric isn't the right fit for your home, we'll gladly accept your return or exchange.
Because we provide free shipping on every order, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Linen Wave for returns or exchanges due to personal preference.
If you're exchanging your item for a different color or size, we'll cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or show signs of wear, including exposure to fragrances, smoke, or pet hair.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@linenwave.com and include your order number along with photographs of the item and packaging.
If the issue is determined to be our error or a manufacturing defect, Linen Wave will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund and will cover all associated shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
